1. Who we are

Glintora Bespoke Sdn Bhd (Reg. 1357829-K) is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia, with its principal place of business at Lot 11, Jalan Industri Damansara Utama 8, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This Privacy Policy applies to the website published at glintora.pro and to any personal information collected by Glintora Bespoke Sdn Bhd in the course of providing its services. It is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (the "PDPA").

2. What we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with us:

• Enquiry information — your name, email address, telephone number, the category of commission you are interested in, the budget band you have selected, and any description you have provided of the room or piece — collected through the contact form on this website.
• Project information — once a commission is agreed, we additionally collect site measurements, photographs of the installation room, fabric and finish preferences, and the delivery address and contact details.
• Invoice information — billing name, billing address and (where applicable) company registration details, retained for tax and accounting purposes.
• Website usage information — aggregated, non-identifying browser and device statistics generated by first-party analytics cookies. We do not use behavioural advertising cookies.

3. Why we collect it

We collect personal information for the following purposes only:

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible commission.
• To design, build, deliver and install furniture you have commissioned.
• To invoice you, and to comply with our tax and accounting obligations under Malaysian law.
• To carry out the annual after-care visits we offer to clients within the Klang Valley.
• To improve the navigation, content and performance of this website — using aggregated, non-identifying data.

4. How we store and protect it

Enquiry data is held in our internal customer relationship management system, hosted on a server located in Singapore and managed by a regional cloud provider. Project files (drawings, photographs, specifications) are held both on the same system and, for working purposes, on encrypted laptops issued to design coordinators. Invoice information is held in our accounting system, hosted in Malaysia. Physical paperwork (signed contracts, original purchase orders) is held in a locked office at the studio.

Access is restricted to the studio personnel who need it for the purpose of responding to or fulfilling a commission. We do not sell, license, share or otherwise transfer personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for two years from the date of the enquiry, after which it is deleted unless you have become a client. Active client data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for seven years thereafter, in line with statutory record-keeping requirements. After that period it is securely destroyed.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to: (a) request access to the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information; (c) withdraw any consent you have previously given; and (d) request that we delete information no longer required for the purposes set out above. Requests should be sent to [email protected] and will be acknowledged within seven working days.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website at glintora.pro uses a small number of cookies, set out in detail on our Cookie Policy page. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking pixels.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practice or in applicable law. The version date at the top of this page is updated whenever a change is made. Material changes are also flagged in writing to active clients.
