We reply within two days
A first reply with rough pricing, lead time and a few clarifying questions. Always from a real person, never automated.

A studio visit, or a video call
We meet you at the showroom in PJ, or join you on a video call if your room is elsewhere. Forty-five minutes of conversation about the piece.

A drawing and a quote
Sent by email within a week of the conversation. The quote itemises materials, hours, finishes and delivery — no opaque line items.

Build, deliver, install
Once a deposit is received, we build the piece on schedule and deliver it ourselves. The piece is not finished until you are sitting in it.
